Job Description: Finance Operations ManagerCompany Name: Cyfuture India Pvt LtdIndustry: IT Services and IT ConsultingCompany Website : Noida, Sector 81, NSEZWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Operations Manager to lead and streamline our financial processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in financial compliance, vendor management, and SEZ audit operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, timely statutory filings, and smooth coordination with vendors and internal departments.Key Responsibilities:Bank ReconciliationOversee and manage daily bank reconciliation processes.Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.Ensure all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately.Taxation & ComplianceEnsure accurate and timely filing of TDS and GST returns.Monitor tax liabilities and maintain compliance with government regulations.Coordinate with external consultants and auditors as needed.Vendor ManagementHandle end-to-end vendor payment processing and reconciliation.Maintain vendor records and resolve payment-related issues.Negotiate payment terms and ensure timely disbursal.Auditing (SEZ)Conduct and manage SEZ-specific audit requirements.Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with SEZ rules and regulations.Qualifications:CA is mandatoryBachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.Proficient in accounting tools and MS Excel.What we offer:A unique opportunity to join collaborative work environment in a hyper-growth contextThe chance to grow your professional and technical skills, with real room for career progressionMedical Insurance by the companyAn employee-friendly compensation structure that includes Tax saving components where the employee can save taxEmployee Engagement, Team outingsAPPLY:If you could see yourself in this role and are keen to be part of our Organization, we look forward to hearing from you.
