  • Position Name: Account Receivables - Associate
  • Experience- 1 to 2 years
  • Work Location: Chennai


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices and investigate discrepancies.
  • Cash Application: Accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts and maintain detailed records.
  • Collections: Manage the collections process, including following up on overdue payments and communicating with clients to resolve payment issues.
  • Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and financial records.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute AR aging reports and other financial reports as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of AR processes.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
