Job Description : Manage end-to-end process of Export shipments including Invoicing and Costing Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding their shipments. Should have experience in handling DG shipments. Timely and accurate shipment execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as pricing, sales, and CHB, to ensure all shipment requirements are met. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and other relevant policies for ocean shipments. Maintain all data in shared folder. Prepare and review export documentation, such as AMS, ISF, Manifestation, VGM and review commercial invoices, and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations. Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, CFS, Surveyor and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance and transport of goods. Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams. Responsible for sending DSR, and review the shipments on monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly basis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements Experience and Qualifications 7 years of demonstrated experience of Freight forwarding and Logistics operations. MBA preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution. High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications
