PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Admission Manager shall act as an interface with the outside world & create value in: Increasing Student Admissions, Communication and Coordination with Parents, Publicity and Public Relations work for the School.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- · Complete Responsible for Admission Targets for the Campus.
- Do phone counselling for admission enquiries received in CRM from different channels as per the instructions received from the Department Head.
- Responsible in admission conversions and achieving enrolment targets.
- · Overviews the ACs/FOEs Performance and groom them as and when needed.
- · Will be responsible for the overall functioning of the Admission Cell.
- · He/She shall act as a single point of contact for the department.
- · He/She shall act as a Mentor and a Coach to the Admission Counsellors and Front Office Executives reporting to him/her.
- · Ensure that all the relevant brochure/information is kept accessible for prompt distribution.
- · Curriculum Details to be kept prepared & accessible at all times.
- · Addressing, handling or re-directing queries from parents appropriately and on time.
- · Informing the parents of fee structure & School timings.
- · Knowledge of Strengths & USPs of the School, Overview of competitors, Curriculum details, Facilities of the School, Admission Policies.
- · Responsible for all Promotional activities for student admission-within and outside School.
- · Sole Responsible for Pre-school/Corporate Tie-up for the School.
- Tracking and maintaining records/files of admission document., student strength,
- Update the New admissions/ Existing Rollover students data in govt portals.
- Take the responsibilities as and when you receive any instructions from the Marketing Head.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
