**Job Description: Admission Counsellor**

**Location**: Chamarajpet, Bangalore
**Experience**: 2-5 years
**Joining**: Immediate

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Counselling and Guidance**:

- Counsel prospective students and parents about admission requirements, courses, and career opportunities.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding programs, fees, and financial aid options.
- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up with potential students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- **Admission Process**:

- Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, or other required admission processes.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Provide post-admission support to ensure students transition smoothly into their programs.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare reports on admissions trends and conversion rates.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align counseling efforts with institutional goals.
- Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, webinars, and workshops.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education-related qualifications preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Immediate availability to join the team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
