About the Role We are looking for an accomplished finance leader with deep expertise in investment banking and corporate finance to spearhead fundraising, M&A, and strategic capital initiatives. This senior role combines financial acumen with relationship leadership, driving growth through smart capital structuring, investor engagement, and end-to-end deal execution. If you have a proven record in transaction advisory or capital markets, this opportunity lets you lead high-impact deals and shape the financial roadmap of a fast-evolving organization. Key Responsibilities Lead fundraising initiatives (equity, debt, and strategic partnerships) from strategy through closure. Originate, structure, and execute M&A and corporate-finance transactions. Build and manage relationships with venture capital, private equity, family offices, and institutional investors. Oversee valuation models, due-diligence processes, and investor documentation. Provide strategic advice to leadership and boards on capital structure and financial strategy. Prepare and review investment memoranda, pitch decks, and term sheets. Mentor and guide corporate-finance team members to ensure flawless execution. Preferred Experience & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or fundraising advisory. Demonstrated success in deal origination, negotiation, and closure. Strong command of valuation, structuring, and capital-market instruments. Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills. Experience in cross-border or high-growth transactions preferred.
