As the Manager of Content Delivery in the Customized Solutions e-Learning Development

tailored to Client needs. You will lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to
timelines, quality, and client specifications while fostering strong client relationships and driving
customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
 Lead the delivery of customized e-learning, course development , content, video projects
from project initiation to closure.
 Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, WBS and milestones, collaborating
with internal teams and clients.
 Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure
timely and successful delivery.
2. Client Engagement:
 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong client
relationships.
 Conduct regular client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, share weekly
project status and address concerns.
 Ensure client expectations align with project deliverables to achieve high levels of
customer satisfaction.
3. Solution Customization:
 Work closely with SMEs, instructional designers, visual designers, motion graphic
designers, quality testers, content developers, and technical teams to customize e-
learning solutions according to client specifications.
 Ensure all solutions meet quality standards, instructional design principles, and technical
requirements.
 Excellent understanding of Generative AI tools and utilizing of the same in SDLC.
 Exposure to LMS platforms and course management.
4. Team Coordination:
 Coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, subject matter experts
(Doctors), instructional designers, course developers, motion visual designers, and QA
testers, to ensure smooth project execution.
 Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and
productive environment.
5. Quality Assurance:
 Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and
alignment with client expectations.
 Implement best practices and quality standards to enhance the overall quality of e-
learning solutions.
6. Client Communication:
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage
with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
 Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project progress, milestones,
and any changes to the project plan.
 Address client feedback promptly and incorporate necessary changes to ensure final
deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
7. Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with PMP/Prince2 certifications. A Master's
degree is preferred.
 A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the e-
learning or EdTech sector.
 Strong understanding of graphics development, motion Graphics, e-learning platforms,
instructional design principles, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
 Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire cross-
functional teams.
 Proficiency in online project management tools such as Zoho, Whizible PSA and Asana.
 Expert in Smartsheet, MS project software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
 Expert in bug tracking system and file repository tools such as VSS and SVN.
 Experience in vendor management and skill in setting expectations.
 Multi-tasking and attention in detail.
