Job Title: Service Now Architect Location: Bengalore Experience: 8+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Service Now solutions that align with business goals and IT strategies. You will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade Service Now implementations and ensuring optimal use of the platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Service Now solutions including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, and CSM modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Service Now architectural designs. Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with industry and security standards. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure solution quality. Integrate Service Now with external systems and tools, especially relevant to banking and insurance ecosystems. Stay updated with Service Now's latest features and releases, recommending improvements where applicable. Prepare documentation, solution design specs, and impact assessments. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Service Now platform implementation, architecture, and development. Proven experience as a Service Now Architect.. Expertise in multiple Service Now modules: ITSM, ITOM, GRC/IRM, CSM, HRSD, etc. Strong knowledge of Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP integrations. Hands-on experience with Service Now integrations with core banking systems, insurance policy management systems, or other domain-specific applications. Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Service Now App Engine Studio and custom app development. Exposure to Service Now’s AI and Virtual Agent capabilities. Understanding of ITIL frameworks and agile delivery methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance needs in the banking and insurance sectors.
