We’re looking for professionals who bring that unique mix of: Exceptional stakeholder engagement – you know how to influence and collaborate.Attention to detail – contracts, financial reconciliations, variations, timelines… you keep it all on track.Adaptability and innovation – you don’t just follow the process; you make it work for all parties. You don’t need deep technical knowledge of renewable energy, just the aptitude to learn. Of course, if you happen to bring experience in consumer energy, large-scale storage (batteries), and/or solar energy, you’re the golden unicorn we’d love to meet. Portfolio Manager – up to $145,000 plus 12% super Own and lead the delivery of a complex portfolio of funded projects from contracting through to completion. You’ll operate with a high degree of independence, exercising judgment and providing authoritative advice to stakeholders. This role suits someone who loves taking ownership, balancing risk and opportunity, and mentoring others while driving impact.Key focus areas: Negotiate and manage funding agreements end-to-end. Monitor performance, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively. Provide expert advice and insights to senior leaders. Build trusted relationships across industry and government. Coach and guide Analysts within the team Portfolio Analyst – up to $120,000 plus 12% super Support the effective delivery and oversight of the investment portfolio. You’ll combine meticulous attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation. This role suits someone who enjoys analysis, collaboration, and making things happen behind the scenes.Key focus areas: Administer funding agreements and monitor project milestones. Review and negotiate variations to keep projects on track. Analyse portfolio trends and contribute to reporting and insights. Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in site visits. Why join?
