We are an education, certification and training consultants specialise in professional and corporate skill development.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying Opportunities: Researching to identify potential markets, industries, and companies that could benefit from corporate training and certification programs.
  • Collaborative Agreements: Negotiating and securing partnerships for joint training programs, co-branded certifications, or exclusive content delivery.
  • Sales Strategy: Creating and executing sales plans that align with the company's business goals, focusing on selling corporate training and certification solutions.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Gathering feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve training offerings and certification programs.
  • Ability to travel.


Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree relevant to sales and business development.
  • Fresh graduates interested in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in the education and corporate training industry and familiarity with adult learning principles are highly beneficial .
  • Excellent negotiation, demonstration of solution and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in additional languages and a strong network connection are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
