Yalamanchili, established in 1996 in India, is a privately held company head quartered in Singapore having branches in India, United Kingdom, USA, Costa Rica, Bhutan and UAE. The software development and operations center are spread across 7 cities in India.Job responsibilities:Monitoring the banking transactionsIn case of transaction failure, following the escalation matrix and informing the same to the respective teams.Preparing the MIS Reports on daily basis.Coordinating with internal departments and clients.Communicating issues via appropriate department contacts.Providing the 1st level analysis or temporary solution for the issues.Conducting analysis of card operations queries, identifying trends and recommending actions to improve the customer experience.Supporting regular reviews with card processing suppliers and internal teams to make sure our service is provided in the most efficient way.Developing and delivering solutions for card related change initiatives.Supporting the development of internal communications for new colleagues, complex issues or new products and services.Escalating issues of concern to the service desk for further investigationsResponsible for creation of UAT environment. Support in EOD activities, Incident monitoring and quick resolution as per SLA, Participate in Weekly Change and Incident Management Meeting.Required Skills:3-5 Years of experience.A very good oral and written communication skill in English is a must.Exposure to the Financial Industry and knowledge in Cards and Payments will be an added advantage.Knowledge of SQL, MYSQL & LinuxPost graduate is preferred but not necessary.
