Qualifications And Profile
This position requires
a minimum of 8 years
of relevant experiences in software engineering, at least
5 years of strong hands-on experience with FIS Commercial Lending Solutions (formerly ACBS).
The ideal candidate is an experienced technology professional with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.

Functional Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience and expert level product knowledge on FIS Commercial Lending Solutions (formerly ACBS) – including configuration tools and environments – Must have
  • In-depth knowledge of FIS CLS (formerly ACBS) modules: Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Collateral Management, Syndication, Credit Monitoring, and General Ledger interfaces, etc. – Must have
  • Proficiency in system configuration using CLS parameters, code tables, workflow tools, and rule-based logic.
  • Experience with banking core systems and integrations (e.g., loan accounting, document management, credit systems)
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Test Planning, Execution, And Automation For

  • Unit Testing
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Regression Testing

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr)

  • Documentation & Change Management

Experience creating system configuration documentation, migration runbooks, data mapping documents, and process flows.

Familiarity with best practices for configuration version control and change management.

  • Security & Compliance
  • Security: Understanding of security principles, authentication protocols (e.g. OAuth, SAML) and encryption techniques, and application and cloud security best practices.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
