Senior/Lead IT Systems Engineer

We're looking for a Senior/Lead IT Systems Engineer  candidate with experience in SAP Basis Administration to drive excellence in our SAP landscape and beyond to join our team in Bangalore Location.

You will report to the Senior Manager, QA Engineering.

As a Systems Engineer, you will spearhead the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our SAP ecosystem, spanning ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, and HANA Database. But that's just the beginning. You will also play a key role in providing Admin support for cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, along with managing our infrastructure.

Informatica Connectivity team responsible for building the world class connectors to various third-party systems that will power all the Informatica Products be it Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, Data Engineering Integration or Power Center. Technology You'll Use

SAP ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, HANA Database, Cloud-based applications (Snowflake/AWS/Azure/GCP).

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

·As a IT systems Engineer, you will spearhead the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our SAP ecosystem, spanning ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, and HANA Database.

·Architect and implement robust configurations for SAP ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, and HANA Database

·You will also play a key role in providing Admin support for cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, along with managing our infrastructure..

·Manage infrastructure resources efficiently

·Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive innovative solutions.

·Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance our SAP landscape and infrastructure.

What We'd Like to See

Strong academic background - BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent course from top schools.  Proven track record of 3-7 years in SAP Basis administration, with deep expertise in ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, and HANA Database. Experience with SAP Applications running on a hyperscaler (e.g. Azure, AWS, etc.) Problem escalation and resolution, working with SAP and other software/hardware vendors to resolve problems Maintenance of multi-landscape environments through environment copies, system refreshes, and transport management Experience in Snowflake/AWS/Azure administration, with a strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and best practices are highly desirable. Self-starter with strong self-management skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for translating technical concepts into business impact. SAP certifications and/or relevant cloud certifications are highly desirable.
