Established in mid-2021, Grameen First Development Foundation is a community-led Indian development organization that works with communities in the underserved urban settlements of Mumbai and rural tribal villages of Maharashtra, India, specifically in the taluka of Mokhada in the Palghar District.

The company is registered with the Registrar of Companies, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. We seeks to attain its vision of ‘Prosperity, Happiness, and Social Justice in Rural India’, through interventions in Education, Nutrition, Healthcare, and Community Development Initiatives.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and implementation of the project within the healthcare vertical.
  • Managing the overall project along with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).
  • Managing risks or project issues and taking corrective measures.
  • Managing all stakeholders’ communication, including government officials, community leaders, and donors/funders.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, as well as annual reports. Initiating, and assisting in the preparation of specific project reports for donors, partners, and other stakeholders and being engaged in continuous communication with them.
  • Assist in structuring budgets related to the activities. Play an active role in analysing data and based on that provide corrective actions. 
  • Maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
