is a role that is at the cusp of strategy and project implementation.This role will have the opportunity to manage end-to-end designing and implementation of strategic interventions in affected communities aimed at solving a specific social issue in a given geographical location.The role will be responsible for engaging with local government departments, administrative; political stakeholders. Innovation, problem-solving skillsThinking out of the box is the key skill required for this role

Desired Skillset

5-10 years of relevant work experience working on social projectsExperience in designing and executing on ground and online qualitative and quantitative research and analysisExperience in drafting reports, concept notes, letters, SOPs etcExperience in designing and implementing on-ground programs aimed at community outreach, mobilization & behavioural change campaignsExperience in working with multi-disciplinary teams internallyExperience in working with and manage internal and external stakeholderExperience in maintaining systematic reporting for internal and external stakeholdersExperience in managing & mentoring teamExperience in working in an agile, and dynamic team environmentExperience in working on advanced MS excel, PPT, etc
