Our Team Structure:

Our teams are small-unit, autonomous, and multi-disciplinary. As a Project Management Assistant’s , you will be managing supply-side advertising operations of our clients and collaborating with team members from Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
  • Working closely with the team of Business Analysts in understanding the client requirements and converting the same into actionable tickets.
  • Outlining, defining, initiating and planning the project.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Eliminate any project blockers hindering the project's progress.
  • Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Review proposed modifications, get approval from authorized personnel, and implement approved changes by coordinating with all the involved stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that deadlines are followed.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly progress reports for the clients and senior management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Ensure that advertising services are running smoothly as expected.
  • Foresee and troubleshoot ad serving issues quickly to minimize the advertising capital loss.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • PMP, CSM, Scrum or similar certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with JIRA Project Management Software.
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, and written communication and people management skills.
  • Educational background in the fields of computer science or engineering.
  • Willing to work in the EST time zone.
