The Bench Sales Recruiter Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also manage client accounts, maintain communication with candidates and clients, and oversee the bench sales process to ensure effective onboarding and placement.QualificationsUS time zone workingShould know how to place bench Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skillsExperience in Hiring processes and Account Management skillsExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in IT recruitment is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
