About the job Job Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital growth, understands online consumer behavior, and knows how to leverage different channels to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Linked In, etc.) Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI Research market trends, competitors, and new tools to enhance digital strategies Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging marketing assets Ensure all campaigns align with brand identity and overall business objectives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media management Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and similar platforms Excellent communication and project management skills Creative thinking with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and innovative work environment Involvement in diverse projects with real impact
