Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager to lead our strategic efforts and drive outstanding performance for our clients. As a Team Lead - Paid Marketing, you will take ownership of client communication, internal team handelling, performance and returns on ad spends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize results and revenue growth. You will be responsible for driving adoption of Meta & Google Initiatives, building relationships and sharing valuable business insights with clients. Additionally, you will be helping sales team in proposal making, and lead client engagement to ensure the highest level of service and expertise in Meta & Google Ads.


Responsibilities:

1. Own client performance and ROI, delivering exceptional results in various sectors like Automotive, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education.

2. Engage with clients regularly, track KPIs, and take appropriate actions based on performance.

3. Should know lead generation ads platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, Taboola, Bing.

4. Should be good with tools like GTM, Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Charts), PowerPoint Presentations.

5. Should be experienced in coming up with Landing page strategies, content & optimisation for utmost lead generation. Should be familiar with tools like Uptime Robot, Crazy Egg or other heat map tracking tools.

6. Drive adoption of Meta & Google's latest initiatives and best practices for maximum campaign effectiveness.

7. Develop and implement strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets.

8. Proactively share valuable business insights with clients.

9. Work closely with the engagement team, providing insights on relevant services and client concerns.

10. Demonstrate capability leadership and drive thought leadership in the business line.

11. Collaborate for smooth client onboarding and exceptional service, becoming the key point of contact.

12. Proactively share channel insights with clients, including new features and products.

13. Develop comprehensive monthly and quarterly plans for each client.

14. Define bandwidth allocation for clients and maintain a robust team structure.

15. Resolve client escalations and provide detailed solutions.

16. Conduct a comprehensive account audit once every quarter and realign campaigns with client objectives.

17. Participate in business development pitches and contribute as a channel expert.


Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of paid marketing experience in generating result-oriented leads.

2. 2+ years of people management experience (must-have).

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Excellent hands on of GTM, Google Analytics & Google Ads Editor.

5. Proven track record of successfully managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns and achieving exceptional results.

6. Strong understanding of the Meta & Google Ads platform, best practices, and industry trends.

7. Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
