
Assistant Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting functions with focus on purchase & logistics, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording.
- Manage P&L (Profit & Loss) statements, balance sheets, capital accounts, and other financial reports.
- Monitor budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for payments, purchase orders, and inventory accounting.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience in the chemical industry with exposure to manufacturing or distribution accounting.
- Strong knowledge of purchase and logistics accounting processes.
- Proficiency in P&L, balance sheet preparation, and capital account management.
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, GST, TDS, or other statutory filings.
- Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and cost tracking.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
