Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee reimbursement records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and dues.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other tax returns (if applicable).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,016.88 per month
