We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python and AI technologies, along with proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, and interacting with clients.

This role requires the ability to drive end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize expertise in Python and AI to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Oversee project planning, task allocation, risk management, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and deployment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to guide the team on adoption and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead / Senior Developer.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python and good knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Experience handling diverse software development projects end-to-end.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
