Company DescriptionNEC Software Solutions India Private Limited is based in Mumbai Worli Airoli and Bangalore with an employee strength of 1300 It is one of the foremost providers of end- to-end IT services across various sectors We work with diverse industry verticals which include publishing media financial services retail healthcare and technology companies around the world Our customers range from two-person startups to bn listed companies We have more than 30 years of experience in providing end to end IT services across the globe and have earned a reputation for delighting our customers by consistently surpassing expectations and helping them deliver robust market-ready software products that meet the highest standards of engineering and user experience Supported by more than 1300 exceptionally talented manpower we are a hub for offshore support and technology services Required Skills NET Framework versions 4 7 4 8 including a working knowledge of both C and VB NET Experience implementing user interfaces based on WPF Experience working with SQL Server based databases Experience working with Azure DevOps or other similar systems Experience working with the GIT source control system An ability to learn things quickly and to both retain that knowledge and to share it with other team members Experience of working on large scale critical software solutions where performance resiliency and ease of use are all key An ability to think logically solving challenging problems to make things work A proven history for collaborating as part of a team working together to complete team goals A keen eye for detail ensuring all conditions of acceptance are implemented and working and any potential edge cases have been identified An ability to monitor the amount of time you have spent doing something ensuring you do not go over budget and that you escalate and ask for help when needed An ability to take the initiative and work independently as part of a team without relying heavily on team support once you ve worked on an area of the code base Experience of all aspects of the development lifecycle including design development developer testing investigating problems and bug fixing An ability to communicate clearly and openly within a team A key mind for continuous improvement recognising that nothing can be perfect and there is always something that can be improved Desirable - Knowledge of C C Experience of working with RabbitMQ Experience of working with blue light emergency services An interest in progressing towards leading teams either through supporting the scrum masters or through mentoring and line management
