Negotiate and finalise sponsorship agreements. Track record of successfully leading organizations through growth and change. Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. Strong financial acumen and business management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of InsurTech/Insurance is a plus, but not required
