Technical Product Lead

Brief :

- We are looking for a 10 -12 years Backend developer with previous development, customer interaction & software designing experience to join our Engineering Team.

- Being a Backend developer for our CMS, you will have to understand the network model of the customers business (B2C & B2B) and design/upgrade the service and user interface.

- During the later phase of the program, developers are required to educate, execute and validate the design created by acting as the PO of the Scrum Team.

- Developers will be responsible for converting the product gaps and customization into user

stories in JIRA.

- Developers will be responsible to be in constant touch with the other teams to understand requirements, priority and the delivery sequence.

- Developers will have to develop, unit-test and load test as well update the task life-cycle.

- You will be assigned with the responsibility of designing client-side UI and server-side architecture of our products.

- You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

- We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies

and aspires to combine usability with visual design.

Your Responsibilities :

a) Code, develop, and design features related to the existing/new application. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship.

b) Design and build advanced applications for the Java platform & In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment.)

c) Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, engineers, and product managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

d) Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Evaluate existing products, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions for improvement.

e) You will manage a 5 -10 developers team.Collaborate with multiple teams to prepare the overall solution design.

Support the pre-sales team for the RFP preparation and demos.

f) Lead the design and Low latency architecture solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the telecommunications sector.

Develop HLD/LLD and detailed architecture diagrams, documentation, and presentations outlining proposed solutions.

Required Skills :

a) Proven work experience between 10 -12 years in development.

b) Strong Experience in Core Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, microservices, data structures, Design patterns, Oracle/ Mysql, Redis, Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Single store.

c) Soft Skills: Leadership, Decision Making, Planning, Presentation Skills and Communication, Efficient Team Management skills.

d) B.Tech/BE/MCA degree in Computer Science or relevant field

e) Willingness to travel to customer locations and be available onsite for design discussions whenever required
