Brief :

You will be the Master in defining and practicing User experience across our digital products in the Telecom Domain. You will be responsible for building world class experiences for our products which are serving our partners across the globe.

We expect you to be a Creative Ninja, who is curious about new digital trends and aspires to combine usability with visual aesthetics elegantly to meet end-user's goals and delight them experientially. Co-create and collaborate with the design team, product team, and engineering team in defining the product experience.

Your Responsibilities :

a) You will be the Master in defining and practicing User experience across our products using design principles and methodologies.

b) You will closely work with our Ux Design Team, Product Owner, Engineers and help build the user experience of our products.

c) Understand and gather user requirements, help define/design personas, storyboards, user journeys, empathy mapping, competitor analysis, use cases, and workflows.

d) Create early lo-fi prototypes to communicate the concepts and help the stakeholder in providing the right direction.

e) Collaborate and define information architecture, interaction wireframes, user interfaces of product from concept to completion.

f) Design and develop various prototyping techniques and design documenting the same as specifications.

g) Coach and guide the engineering team in implementation of the UI designs as per design specifications and support them.

Required Skills :

a) 2 to 5 years of experience in designing user experience for digital/software products.

b) Excellent communication skills in collaboration with partners, design teams and cross-functional teams with ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

c) A good exposure in understanding how products are used on different media like desktop, mobile, iOS, and android. Ability to build Responsive design for different media Web, Mobile, Tablet applications.

d) Strong knowledge and understanding of design principles, interaction design standards, and UI patterns for web and mobile

e) Curious and Passionate about design, creativity, new trends in the digital world.

f) A fair understanding or knowledge on front end languages like HTML, CSS will give you an added advantage (but not mandatory).

g) Hands-on experience on using design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, inVision, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

h) A Design degree or a Bachelor degree with relevant Design experience.

i) An online portfolio of your's to share and present your experience and works.
