Xiaomi has a strong online presence both through partners Flipkart and Amazon and our own Mi.com ecommerce portal. Apart from that, we have a very strong offline presence – both in multi-brand and exclusive outlets.


Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mobile phone performance testing, reducing performance failures, and improving product performance reputation.
  • Responsible for formulating mobile phone performance standards and test methods, establishing relevant indicator systems, and promoting the implementation of test standards projects.
  • Responsible for researching and exploring mainstream performance evaluation tools for the Android platform.
  • 4. Responsible for special performance testing and continuous optimization of system performance.


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, computer, communication related majors.
  • More than 8 + years of mobile phone, App performance testing or debugging experience, familiar with performance testing methods.
  • Familiar with mainstream performance testing tools, processes, standards, etc. on the Android platform.
  • Familiar with the underlying principles of the Android system framework.
  • Familiar with the CPU and GPU scheduling principles, familiar with trace analysis, familiar with memory and process management principles, familiar with file systems, familiar with common game optimization methods, and understanding game engines.
  • Have a systematic knowledge structure in the testing field and have experience in system analysis and test design.
  • Familiar with Java or Python or C++ programming languages.
  • Have strong learning ability and analysis and problem-solving ability, good teamwork spirit, and result-oriented thinking.
  • Priority is given to those with IOS testing/development experience.
