Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated Core Machine Learning Engineer to join our product development R&D team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to apply machine learning techniques to tackle real-world challenges. As a team member, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative machine learning models and algorithms.
Responsibilities:· Implement and maintain machine learning models, algorithms, and software components.· LLM model tuning and training.· Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to understand data requirements.· Perform data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and model reliability.· Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to find optimal solutions.· Develop and optimize model training pipelines.· Evaluate and benchmark model performance.· Write production-level code and contribute to software design and architecture discussions.· Stay current with state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications:· In-depth knowledge of NLP and machine learning, with a strong mathematical aptitude.· Comprehensive understanding of machine learning models, algorithms, and concepts.· Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++.· Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.· Strong mathematical background, including linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.· Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.· Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.· Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:· Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.· A solid mathematical background is essential.· Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.· Understanding of big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
Education:· Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
