  5. Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  6. Documentation : Create detailed action plans basis on opportunities


Requirements:

  1. Educational Background : Graduate or undergraduate with 2 years of experience in Banking/fintech as QA
  2. Experience : Mandatory previous experience in quality assurance, particularly in the fintech industry/ banking (min 12 months experience)
  3. Technical Skills : Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies
  4. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  5. Attention to Detail : High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in testing and documentation.
  6. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders 1

Shift – US (rotational)

Week off – 2 offs weekly (rotational)
