About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Content Writer to join our team. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge, creativity, and the ability to craft engaging, clear, and well-researched digital content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using content writing tools and AI to enhance productivity and quality, while also having a foundational understanding of SEO practices.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality content for our clients as well as in-house projects, including blogs, articles, website copy, product documentation, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and deliver high-quality technical and digital content such as blogs, articles, social media posts, case studies, whitepapers, and product-related documentation.
  • Research technical topics and simplify complex concepts into content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Utilize AI-powered content tools to streamline writing, editing, and optimization processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align content with brand voice and project goals.
  • Ensure content meets basic SEO standards (keyword usage, readability, metadata, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and content writing best practices.
  • Review, proofread, and refine content produced by junior writers or AI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in technical content writing or a related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT, SaaS, software, or emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in using content writing and AI tools (e.g., Grammarly, Jasper, SurferSEO, ChatGPT, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different formats (blogs, articles, product pages, social media).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B and B2C content writing.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Understanding of technical documentation standards.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior writers or managing content workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
