Role Overview:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Researcher with a strong background in Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs). This 4-month position is designed for a PhD student or an individual with equivalent research experience. The intern will work on cutting-edge research focused on advancing reasoning capabilities in LLMs using Binoloop's trademark models. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a team of AI experts and contribute to novel advancements in LLMs' interpretability, reasoning, and decision-making processes. 


This opportunity is for candidates based in India only.  

  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Conduct cutting-edge research in reasoning, interpretability, and performance optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs). 

- Develop, test, and evaluate new techniques for improving reasoning and decision-making abilities in LLMs. 

- Collaborate with the research and development teams to integrate findings into Binoloop's proprietary models. 

- Design and implement experiments to evaluate LLM behavior and performance on a variety of reasoning tasks. 

- Write research papers, reports, and documentation to contribute to academic publications and internal knowledge bases. 

- Stay current with the latest research in machine learning, natural language processing, and related fields. 

  

Qualifications:  

- PhD student or equivalent research experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 

- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning architectures. 

- Strong background in machine learning theory, particularly in natural language processing, reasoning, and decision-making. 

- Proficiency with Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. 

- Experience with research methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis techniques. 

- Published research in top-tier conferences or journals is a plus. 

  

Soft Skills:  

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. 

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to present complex concepts clearly. 

- Passion for research and innovation, with a keen interest in advancing AI reasoning and interpretability.
