Key Responsibilities:
AI Development & Implementation:
o Design, develop, and deploy AI models to automate various stages of the recruitment
process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
o Collaborate with software developers and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into
existing recruitment platforms.
Process Optimization:
o Analyze current recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for
automation.
o Implement AI-driven tools to improve the speed and quality of candidate matching and
placement.
Data Management:
o Utilize machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance resume
parsing, candidate ranking, and job matching algorithms.
o Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaboration & Support:
o Work closely with recruitment teams to train them on AI tools and ensure smooth
adoption.
o Provide ongoing support and updates to AI systems to ensure they meet evolving
business needs.
Innovation & Research:
o Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and recruitment technology.
o Propose and implement new AI technologies that can further enhance recruitment
automation and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI development, with a focus on automation in recruitment
or a related field.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and data analytics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
Experience with AI platforms and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Familiarity with US recruitment processes and challenges is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
