About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced WCAG Compliance Analyst to lead accessibility audits, policy reviews, and compliance initiatives across enterprise and government programs. The ideal candidate will be an expert in WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards, with proven experience in developing compliance reports, conducting gap analysis, and guiding remediation strategies.
This role will directly support clients in aligning with state and federal accessibility requirements, creating VPATs (Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates), and ensuring digital properties meet EIR (Electronic and Information Resources) Accessibility Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accessibility Audits & Gap Analysis
  • Conduct end-to-end accessibility audits for websites, portals, and enterprise systems using WAVE, SiteImprove, NVDA, and Microsoft Accessibility Checker.
  • Analyze compliance gaps against WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards and produce detailed findings reports.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to prioritize and remediate accessibility issues.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Prepare VPATs and compliance dashboards to track accessibility progress for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on accessibility policies, procedures, and compliance metrics.
  • Support procurement and RFP processes with accessibility compliance evidence and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy
  • Advise clients and internal teams on accessibility best practices and remediation strategies.
  • Partner with business analysts, product owners, and designers to embed accessibility requirements into project workflows.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to raise accessibility awareness.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
  • M.S. in Business Analytics (or equivalent).
  • Certifications:
  • IAAP CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies)
  • ITIL v3 Certified
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years in technology or business analysis roles, with 5+ years focused on accessibility compliance and audits.
  • Strong experience with state and federal accessibility programs (including Texas DIR EIR Standards).

Technical Skills

  • Accessibility Standards: WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, ADA Compliance
  • Platforms: Health portals, Medicaid/MMIS systems, Salesforce, SharePoint
  • Tools: SiteImprove, WAVE, NVDA, JAWS (basic), Microsoft Accessibility Checker, Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Expertise: Audit report development, compliance gap analysis, VPAT creation, remediation planning, stakeholder consultation

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Accessibility Projects and SOW deliverables.
  • Familiarity with accessibility compliance for government procurement processes.
  • Experience creating internal dashboards to measure and track accessibility progress over time.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable steps for technical team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹283, ₹1,080,914.56 per year
