Job Overview:A GRC Analyst assists in managing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Work closely with analysts and other stakeholders to support risk management and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:Risk AssessmentsConduct risk assessments and validation testing to identify potential security threats.Compliance ReviewsAssist in compliance reviews and audits, ensuring adherence to standards such as ISO 27001, IS, DPDP and GDPR.DocumentationMaintain and update documentation related to compliance activities and audit evidence.Policy DevelopmentHelp develop and implement information security policies and procedures.CollaborationWork with process owners, internal auditors and external auditors to address compliance issues.MonitoringMonitor and report on compliance status and risk management activities.TrainingAssist in training staff in compliance and risk management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Educational BackgroundA bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.Technical

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.Problem-SolvingGood problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to compliance issues effectively.Detail-OrientedAbility to maintain accurate documentation and monitor compliance activities.
  • Technical Knowledge:Regulatory StandardsFamiliarity with ISO 27001and ISO 31000 standards.GRC ToolsBasic knowledge of GRC tools such as ZenGRC, OneTrust, or Archer.Risk ManagementUnderstanding of risk management principles and practices. Certifications:Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)CompTIA Security+
