Role Summary:

We are hiring a
Cutlist Specialist
with a strong foundation in
interior design and modular production workflows
. This role is vital for converting approved designs into optimized, factory-ready cutlists and BOMs using tools like
Cabinet Vision, Infurnia, and Prolance
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret 2D/3D interior drawings and produce precise
    cutlists for modular furniture
    (kitchens, wardrobes, etc.).
  • Utilize
    Cabinet Vision, Infurnia, Prolance, and AutoCAD
    to generate CNC-compatible data and optimize board layouts.
  • Prepare material requirement notes (MRNs), hardware lists, and BOMs for production.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to validate sizes, joinery logic, edge banding, and fitting details.
  • Ensure material optimization, minimize wastage, and flag design-production mismatches proactively.
  • Maintain version control and documentation accuracy for every project.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in interior design or modular factory roles.
  • Strong software proficiency in
    Cabinet Vision, Infurnia, Prolance
    , AutoCAD, and Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of panel materials, modular fittings, hardware, and joinery methods.
  • Ability to review and troubleshoot technical issues in design-to-production transition.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; factory coordination experience is a plus.
