  • As a Mobile Lead youllbe responsible for leading a team of mobile developers guiding themthrough the development process and ensuring that projects arecompleted on time and within budget.
  • Shouldhave a deep understanding of mobile development technologies andframeworks including React Native iOS (Swift/ObjectiveC) and/orAndroid (Java/Kotlin MVVM architecture).
  • Designthe architecture of mobile applications considering factors likescalability security and performance.
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure that codingstandards are met and best practices are followed. Additionallyyoull oversee the implementation of testing strategies to maintainthe quality and reliability of mobileapplications.
  • Working closely with productmanagers designers and other stakeholders to gather requirementsdefine project scopes and prioritize features. Effectivecommunication skills are essential for conveying technical conceptsto nontechnical team members.
  • Should have goodknowledge in project debugging.
  • Should haveexperience in Git or SVN.
  • Experience of appuploading to Play Store and AppStore.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance tojunior members of the mobile development team helping them growtheir skills and advance theircareers.
