Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Sales - Food Services team at HyFun Group in Bangalore, Karnataka.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with 4-10 years of experience in HoReCa sales to lead and grow our business in the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual volume objectives within allocated accounts.
- Pursue customer acquisition and retention to drive business growth.
- Identify supply gaps and build local/regional product supply programs with the procurement team.
- Support new product launches in the market.
- Maintain optimal stock levels at distributor points.
- Monitor distributor performance, address issues, and ensure timely reporting.
- Communicate new products and pricing to distributors.
- Expand into new geographies and market segments.
- Capture timely orders and execute them efficiently.
What You'll Need:
- Any Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- 4-10 years of experience in HoReCa sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and customer demands.
Your Success Metrics:
- Annual volume growth within allocated accounts.
- New customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Distributor performance and issue resolution.
- Timely order collection and execution.
Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Area Sales Manager - Food Services and have direct supervision over BDE/Sr. BDE.
