We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales In-charge (TSI) to oversee and expand our sales operations in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the FMCG industry, exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand sales in a designated region, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and business goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for key accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the FMCG sector.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to distributors and sales teams to enhance performance.
  • Evaluate and optimize product distribution and merchandising strategies at retail outlets.
  • Gather and analyze data on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Present regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation to management.
  • Address customer complaints and issues related to sales or product distribution.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure products are available at retail points within your territory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track performance, gather feedback, and support the sales team.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG sector.
