The Human Resources Executive will be a keyplayer in driving the HR functions for our operations across Indiathe US and Canada. This role is tailored for someone who thrives ina fastpaced IT consulting bench sales and staffing environment andpossesses a comprehensive understanding of HR and immigrationpractices in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle supporting ourglobal operations and ensuring compliance with local andinternational HRpractices.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • TalentAcquisition & Bench Sales Support: Spearheadthe recruitment process by identifying staffing requirementscrafting job descriptions sourcing candidates and managing benchsales activities to ensure a seamless placement of talent onprojects.
  • Onboarding &Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process for newhires ensuring efficient completion of all necessary paperwork anda smooth transition into their roles with a focus on fostering apositive first impression of our corporateculture.
  • Performance &Relationship Management: Oversee performanceevaluations and manage employee relations ensuring alignment withorganizational goals and fostering a productive inclusive workenvironment.
  • HR Operations& Compliance: Implement and maintain HRpolicies ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatoryframeworks of India the US and Canada particularly in the areas oflabor laws andimmigration.
  • ImmigrationAssistance: Work closely with immigration teams tosupport the visa application process for candidates and employeesin the US and Canada ensuring adherence to immigration policies andprocedures.
  • Industryspecific HRPractices: Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR trendsand best practices within the IT consulting bench sales andstaffing industry applying this knowledge to improve HR functionsand contribute to businessstrategy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelated field.
  • At least 35 years of HRexperience preferably in the IT consulting bench sales and staffingindustry.
  • Solid understanding of HR andimmigration laws and practices in India the US andCanada.
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation andcommunication skills.
  • Ability to handlemultiple priorities and navigate in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MicrosoftOfficeSuite.
