Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in preparing and analyzing daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in submission. Ability to manage and follow up on payment calls, ensuring prompt resolutions and client satisfaction. Expertise in preparing detailed data documentation relating to bank guarantees and letters of credit efficiently. Strong analytical skills to handle data preparation related to exports, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence. Capability to compile and maintain a detailed list of debtors, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reporting. Proficient in creating detailed documentation of bills raised for various projects, maintaining comprehensive records. Experience in preparing and maintaining details of letters of credit and bank guarantees issued by the company. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate smooth internal and external communication. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare daily sales reports and ensure accurate data entry and reporting to management. Conduct calling of payments, engage with clients to collect payments, and resolve issues promptly. Compile detailed data relating to bank guarantees and letters of credit, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. Prepare export data and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Maintain a comprehensive list of debtors and outstanding payments, enabling effective financial management. Create and manage detailed records of bills raised for various projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Document and manage details of letters of credit and bank guarantees issued by the organization meticulously.
