Role Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Finishing to manage and execute interior and exterior finishing works across our residential and commercial developments. The role requires precision, technical expertise, and strong coordination skills to achieve flawless, luxury-standard finishes. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Goa.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage finishing activities such as flooring, painting, false ceilings, cladding, woodwork, sanitary fittings, and other architectural finishes.
  • Ensure premium quality workmanship aligned with design specifications and luxury standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth and timely execution.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with designs, materials, and timelines.
  • Resolve on-site challenges related to finishing works efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and quality checklists.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
  • 1 – 5 years of relevant experience in high-end residential/commercial projects or 5-star hotel finishing works.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, modern techniques, and luxury design aesthetics.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
