Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic US Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. As a US Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients in the US market, engage them with our offerings, and drive sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, handling inquiries, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential US clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present customized solutions aligned with Vizva's services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
- Document and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should be comfortable working in Night Shifts (US timings).
- Willing to relocate to Ahmedabad for the job.
- Fresher's are welcome to apply; prior experience in recruitment or sales is not required.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Proactive and a self-starter with a positive attitude.
