Job Summary :

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in organizing and managing various project activities, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and smooth communication among all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills to track project progress and support the team.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Track project performance and ensure that deadlines are met according to plan.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in risk assessment, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Maintain and update project management documentation such as project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficient in project management software like Jira
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
  • Experience in (industry-specific knowledge) is preferred.
