Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Surveyor. The Senior Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing detailed reports, managing survey equipment, and ensuring data accuracy. The role involves coordinating with construction teams, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Senior Surveyor will also be involved in analyzing survey data to provide actionable insights for various construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in land surveying techniques, survey equipment, and data analysis tools
• Experience with project management and coordinating with construction teams
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and report preparation skills
• Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance in construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certification or licensure in surveying is a plus
• Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is beneficial
