Desired Job Role - Mancer is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader for our Pune Branch.
1. Profit & Loss Management
- Own and manage the branch’s Profit and Loss (P&L) account, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
- Grow the Branch Revenue with existing & new Client by offering customized solutions
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and cost targets.
- Monitor and optimize operational costs while maximizing profit margins.
2. Client Acquisitions & Client Mining
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the branch’s client base
- Regular meeting with existing customers to mine more business & strengthen relationship
- Provide value added services like Market Mapping, Compensation benchmarking & offering Equiv (Diversity & Inclusion) hiring solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Talent Acquisition needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor, motivate & guide teams, ensuring alignment with organization objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance team competencies and performance.
- Build and lead high-performing recruitment team to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for niche, Mid and leadership hiring.
4. Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch goals with the organization's strategic direction.
- Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and tools to stay ahead of market trends.
5. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, client-specific guidelines, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Utilize data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background
- Graduate/MBA
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in Leadership role
- Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
- Must have managed relationship with large clients
- Must have done a People Management role
- Strong experience in Permanent recruitment firms.
