For More Information visit us at Job Role - Mancer is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader for our Pune Branch.
1. Profit & Loss ManagementOwn and manage the branch’s Profit and Loss (P&L) account, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.Grow the Branch Revenue with existing & new Client by offering customized solutionsDevelop and execute strategies to meet revenue and cost targets.Monitor and optimize operational costs while maximizing profit margins.
2. Client Acquisitions & Client MiningIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the branch’s client baseRegular meeting with existing customers to mine more business & strengthen relationshipProvide value added services like Market Mapping, Compensation benchmarking & offering Equiv (Diversity & Inclusion) hiring solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Talent Acquisition needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership & DevelopmentMentor, motivate & guide teams, ensuring alignment with organization objectives.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Implement training and development programs to enhance team competencies and performance.Build and lead high-performing recruitment team to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for niche, Mid and leadership hiring.
4. Strategic InitiativesCollaborate with senior leadership to align branch goals with the organization's strategic direction.Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and tools to stay ahead of market trends.
5. Compliance and ReportingEnsure adherence to organizational policies, client-specific guidelines, and statutory compliance.Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights.Utilize data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational BackgroundGraduate/MBA
Experience15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in Leadership roleProven track record of managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.Must have managed relationship with large clientsMust have done a People Management roleStrong experience in Permanent recruitment firms.
Core CompetenciesExceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of recruitment trends and practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
