Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager SAP & IT to join our team at Lubi Electronics in Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for managing the transition from legacy software systems to advanced SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a background in the industrial or manufacturing sectors, adept at overseeing system migrations, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition Management: Lead the migration from old software systems to SAP, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve SAP system issues efficiently.
  • Database Management: Manage SAP databases with a focus on performance tuning and optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support and implement improvements in SAP systems to meet business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of SAP system configurations and processes.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, addressing any issues or queries.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in SAP Basis and system administration, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Certifications: Relevant SAP Administration certifications are highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactivity: Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively and working proactively.

  • SD (Sales and Distribution)
  • MM (Materials Management)
  • WM (Warehouse Management)


Bonus Modules Experience:

  • FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)
