About the Job

This position is responsible for leading the marketing efforts for multiple high-value luxury real estate projects. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in brand management, overseeing campaign execution, coordinating with various agencies, and driving creative strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. In addition, you will manage social media channels to ensure the company's achievements are effectively marketed and leveraged to attract more clients. This role will offer opportunities to shape the creative vision and elevate the positioning of the projects we represent.

Key Purpose of the Job

  • Lead and manage the entire marketing function for the company, ensuring successful marketing programs across different luxury real estate projects.
  • Enhance the company's brand image and presence within the luxury real estate market by executing strategic and creative marketing initiatives.
  • Develop head-turning campaigns and marketing strategies that create industry impact and increase the visibility of the brands you represent.

Key Accountabilities Strategic

  • Develop and implement Marketing Plans for both the corporate brand and individual project brands.
  • Select and plan media strategies to enhance brand reach among the target segment.
  • Build and enhance brand equity through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Develop public relations strategies to generate positive visibility and enhance the company's reputation.

Operational

  • Manage brand building efforts for multiple real estate projects, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple marketing agencies to deliver high-quality marketing collateral, on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer segments and their preferences.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales and business goals.
  • Plan, manage, and execute PR activities, events, promotions, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials including digital content, brochures, presentations, and outdoor advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with sales targets and goals.

Internal & External Interactions

  • Internal: Coordinate with all stakeholders, including Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Planning & Designing teams.
  • External: Collaborate with external agencies, including creative, media planning, PR, digital marketing, event management, BTL agencies, and architects.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 8–12 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand management in the real estate industry. Experience working with high-end or luxury brands is preferred.

  • Proven experience in creative campaign ideation and execution.
