Client Servicing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
● Client Servicing: Act as one of the primary points of contact for client. Build and nurture
strong professional relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their
objectives and requirements.
● Client Satisfaction: Proactively measure and evaluate client satisfaction levels. Implement
strategies to continually improve client experience and exceed expectations.
● Partner Relationship Management: Build relationship with the partners to ensure that
their needs are met by effective communication, problem-solving and prompt responses.
● Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in all interactions with
clients and internal stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and
any potential roadblocks to relevant parties to ensure transparency and alignment.
● Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks
and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
● Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards
and align with the client's expectations. Articulating brand requirements and
communicating the same to the relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
●Proven experience in Client Services.
●Excellent communication and time management.
●Prior agency experience and working with a huge brand is a plus.
