Hiring: Closing Manager – Real Estate Location : Pune (Kharadi & Bhugoan Projects)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Closing Manager / Assistant Manager – Closing with strong experience in post-sales and closing operations within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end customer closing journey , ensuring smooth documentation, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the entire closing process : agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements.Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure timely and hassle-free handovers.Ensure statutory compliance including stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation .Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.Maintain and update accurate customer records and closing-related documentation.Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience during the post-sales phase.Desired Candidate Profile7+ years’ experience in Closing / Assistant Manager – Closing with a reputed real estate developer .In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes .Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
